1. Upfront payment is required.
2. Upon reaching the date of closure of the application and the Training is viable Training to Continue No refund policy will then come into effect, due to payment of accommodation, confirmation of reservations, and other directly applicable costs
3. If the training is not able to commence after the date of closure of the applications the payments received will be returned to applicants where applicable
4. Once the payment is made and the applicant decides not to continue before the date of closure of the application refund will be made less 10 of the total amount paid.
5. Reservations are non-transferable.

Guests attend this establishment/event/trip/ride/tour at their own risk. Dual Sport ADVENTURE, its agents and/or employees “The Proprietor” shall not be liable for, and guests hereby waives and abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss, or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
The guests, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor and its agents against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s or his agent's default, negligence, or otherwise.

This disclaimer notice is prominently displayed throughout the property and is valid and automatically considered as accepted by guests entering the property.
