1. Upfront payment is required.
2. Group Training will only continue if it is shown to be viable as determined by Dual Sport Adventure, unless private individual lessons are arranged. A no-refund policy comes into effect seven (7) days before the scheduled training date due to the payment of directly applicable costs.
3. If the Training cannot commence due to unforeseen circumstances experienced by Dual Sport Adventure, the payments will be returned to applicants.
4. When an applicant makes the payment but decides not to continue with the Training before the seven (7) days no-refund policy kicks in, a refund will be made, less 10% of the total amount paid.
5. Bookings are non-transferable.

Please email your proof of payment to admin@dualsportadventure.co.za to confirm the DSA Intermediate Adventure Motorcycle Riding Training Level 2 booking. Complete and submit the online application form.

Guests attend this establishment/event/trip/ride/tour at their own risk. Dual Sport ADVENTURE, its agents and/or employees “The Proprietor” shall not be liable for, and guests hereby waives and abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss, or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
The guests, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor and its agents against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s or his agent's default, negligence, or otherwise.

This disclaimer notice is prominently displayed throughout the property and is valid and automatically considered as accepted by guests entering the property.
